These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SurePace (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

SurePace helps you scope commitments, forecast realistic finish dates against your calendar, and schedule work. Forecasts and suggested dates are estimates produced by software and are provided for planning purposes only. They are not guarantees and are not professional advice.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and comply with the requirements of any third-party services you connect, including Google.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Do not reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Google Calendar. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Your content

You retain ownership of the information you provide. You grant SurePace the rights needed to operate the Service for you — for example, to create and manage calendar events you ask us to schedule.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that forecasts will be accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SurePace will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use constitutes acceptance.
